What is the 10-in-5 workout?

Being in the fitness industry for as long as I have, one of those most common request I receive from clients and individuals that want to exercise but may not have the time or will to hit a gym, is for an exercise routine that can be done in the comfort of their own home, addapted for their own fitness level, followed at their own pace, straightforward and easy to stick with.  After years of development and research, I developed The 10-in-5 Workout.  

 

The 10-in-5 Workout involves a combination of exercises completed together to maximize your results.  Each of the five exercises is combined with another exercise to give you the benefits of ten exercises in the same amount of time it takes to complete five.
