Be nutritious is all about functional training. We believe strongly that each person has a different set of objectives, personal goals, and physicall issues that need to be addressed. We offer a variety of services to help you acheive and maintain a healthy lifestyle.
Whether your goal is to lose weight, tone your physique, train for sports competition, recover from injury, or you just love having a personal trainer to motivate and inspire you, our trainers will create a fitness program that is specific to your goals and needs. They will guide you through, ensure proper form and push you to meet your fitness goals.
Start with your FREE consultation, where one of our trainers will review your medical and exercise history, clarify your goals, tests your strength, endurance and flexibility and recommend a customized workout plan. From there, you have options - working one-on-one with your trainer on a regular basis, or following a recommended routine with occasional check-ins.

To get the results you're looking for, Carmen will customize your workout schedule and help you push through any obstacle that stands in your way. During your innitial consultation, your goals and any health issues or injuries will be discussed. Carmen will assess your strength, endurance and flexibility to help create an exercise program that suits your needs and helps you achieve your goals. Be nutritious will come to your home, condo facility, or place of work to provide a fun and exciting workout experience that will push you to do more than you ever imagined you could!

Small group functional training
We can all accomplish more when we are surrounded by other like-minded individuals that support us. So why should working out be any different. Gather up family members, friends, co-workers, or anyone you know that enjoys the idea of exercising with others. Small group functional training can be provided at a location that is convenient for every participant. You will experience a dynamic workout experience that will evolve constantly as your fitness level progresses. Besides working hard and pushing to new limits, you will enjoy the atmosphere of being amongst others you know that will motivate and inspire you to be your best.

Online training programs
Be nutritious understands that not everyone has the time to committ to meeting with a trainer on a regular basis. Some of us need to exercise at different hours of the day just to squeeze it in. We all need to be able to work it into our own schedule which is ever changing. Because of this, Be nutritious created online training that can be customized for everyone. Carmen will meet with you once to assess the space that you have available to exercise and if you have any equipment that you can use. He will create a training program that takes all of this into consideration, including your goals and any health concerns, and creates a customized program that will be emailed to you. The program will include detailed exercise prescription along with progressions and regressions that follow a periodized schedule. Online support will be available throughout the program and changes can be made along the way. This is a great way to take advantage of the benefits of having your own personal trainer but the flexibility to utilize the exercise routines whenever is convenient for you.
Athletic performance training
The athlete program is designed for competitive athletes in various sports who want to train under the supervision and guidance of a Strength and Conditioning Coach who will help assess and achieve athletic priorities. Whether it be for in-season or off-season training, you will be provided with a periodized program every 2-4 weeks designed to address any imbalances and weaknesses as well as develop core strength specific to your sport while reducing the risk of injury. Our program will teach you how to develop and maintain your athleticism by teaching you how to move efficiently with STRENGTH, SPEED, POWER, AGILITY, BALANCE and CONDITIONING through a variety of drills and exercises that will take you / your game to the next level. An initial consultation with a Strength and Conditioning Coach is mandatory before starting.
